Data Entry Analyst

SUMMARY: The Data Entry Analyst is responsible for transferring data from paper formats into database systems. Their transfer of data happens manually or using scanners. They type in customers' information and create spreadsheets, verifying them against source documents at different stages during the process. Reports administratively to Materials Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
- Complete understanding/navigation of the Tesla Portal.
- Dispute charge backs.
- Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits.
- Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
- Maintain compliance of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001
Follows all safety, housekeeping and company policies and procedures.
Coordinates and maintains all job responsibilities in a continuous and flexible manner and performs other related duties and job assignments as required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Tesla Portal Experience Required. Two to three years' experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with MS Office, MS Excel, etc. Basic knowledge of a Material Requirement Planning (MRP) system. Automotive experience a plus.
