SUMMARY: The Maintenance Coordinator's primary responsibility is to schedule, procure, and manage maintenance supplies and services for JVIS. The coordinator will perform tasks such as handling maintenance budgets and requisitions, completing work orders, schedules service providers, etc.

  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

  • Coordinate between maintenance staff for various tasks
  • Develop and utilize maintenance plans
  • Keep maintenance logs for equipment
  • Ensure maintenance safety and quality control protocols are met
  • Supervise repair work performed by third-party maintenance teams
  • Manage tool crib
  • Responsibilities include all listed above but are not limited to only those listed above.
  • Complete all tasks or assignments as requested by Management or Supervisor.
  • Maintain compliance of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001.

 

Follows all safety, housekeeping and company policies and procedures.

Coordinates and maintains all job responsibilities in a continuous and flexible manner and performs other related duties and job assignments as required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE   High school diploma or G.E.D. required. Maintenance experience preferred. Excellent Analytical and reasoning skills, plus excellent organizational skills required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
